E-StoreQuick is a WooCommerce plugin, a mobile store-management app and a licence service offered by Wowels. These terms are intended for store owners and their authorised users. The product website is esq.wowels.in; information about Wowels is at wowels.in.
2. What you need
You need a compatible WordPress and WooCommerce installation, a supported phone, a valid E-StoreQuick licence and a working connection between your store and the app. You are responsible for your store hosting, WooCommerce configuration, backups and any third-party services you choose to use.
3. Your access and responsibilities
Use the app only with a store you own or are authorised to manage. Keep licence keys and device access private, use a secure phone lock, and promptly remove access from lost or retired devices. You remain responsible for product changes, inventory updates and order decisions made through your authorised devices.
Do not bypass licence limits, probe other stores, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code or use the service unlawfully.
4. Plans and payment
The website shows current offer prices in INR. The yearly switch shows the monthly offer price, total billed amount, and any bonus access months for each plan. Device limits and included features are shown on the pricing section. Online checkout is not active on this website. A payment method, billing dates, tax treatment, renewal, cancellation and any refund terms must be presented before an order is accepted. Clicking “Buy now” starts an unpaid request for staff confirmation; it does not collect payment.
5. Availability and changes
Store access depends on your hosting, internet connection and the availability of WooCommerce and connected services. Maintenance, outages or changes to third-party software can interrupt use. We may update the plugin, app or supported requirements and will publish material changes to these terms before they apply to future paid use.
6. Store data and intellectual property
Your store content remains yours. The app accesses product and order information from your connected WooCommerce store to perform actions you request. E-StoreQuick branding and software remain with their respective owners. WordPress, WooCommerce, Android and Apple are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Suspension and ending access
Access may be limited when a licence expires, is revoked, exceeds its device limit or presents a security concern. The effect of cancellation, any notice period and any data-export assistance will be set out in the final subscription terms before paid sales begin. Removing the app does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.
8. Liability and applicable law
Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Indian law is the intended governing law, with Trivandrum, Kerala, India as the intended location for disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other applicable rights. Any lawful limitation of liability must be confirmed in the final paid-service terms.
