Refunds and Cancellation

What applies today, and what must be explained before subscriptions are sold.

Before publicationThe refund window, cancellation timing, renewal rules and payment method still need the business owner's approval. Do not collect payment until these are completed.

This website currently does not accept payment. The “Buy now” buttons show a checkout-coming-soon message and do not create an order, subscription or charge. A visitor cannot request a refund for a purchase that has not taken place through this website.

Before checkout opens

The purchase flow must clearly show the full amount due, billing period, applicable taxes, renewal behavior, cancellation method, refund eligibility, refund request window and support contact. Annual prices displayed as monthly equivalents must also show the total charged for the year.

Existing arrangements

If you obtained a licence under a separate written agreement, that agreement and the terms provided at the time of purchase govern billing, cancellation and any refund request.
