2. Product and order data

The mobile app communicates with the connected WooCommerce store to show products, stock, images, orders and sales reports. Editing a product, uploading an image or changing an order status sends that action to the store. The central licence service is for access management, not a second catalogue or order database.

3. Phone permissions

Camera and photo access support adding product images when you choose to use those features. Device authentication can protect entry to the app. Internet access is needed to reach your store and validate access. Permission prompts depend on the phone platform and version.

4. On-device information

The app keeps connection settings and sync timestamps so it can reopen without repeated setup. Sensitive access values are placed in the phone's secure storage. A PIN or phone lock protects the app interface; a compromised device may still put store access at risk. Remove a lost device's access promptly.

5. Cookies and outside services

The public landing page does not include an advertising or analytics SDK. The customer and staff areas use a login session cookie. A browser request for the icon library goes to unpkg.com, and the web host may log requests. Future payment, analytics or support services must be disclosed before they are added.

6. Keeping and deleting information

Client, licence, device and activity records exist in the central service while needed to operate and secure the service. Exact retention and backup periods have not been set for publication. Removing the mobile app removes its local data subject to the phone's backup behavior; it does not automatically erase central records or WooCommerce data.
